Polymer clays

At Zigzag we are proud to be able to offer a wide variety of Polymer Clays. We are distributors for the "Polyform Family" Wholesale enquiries are welcome. This range includes Studio Sculpey, Sculpey III, Premo Sculpey, Super Sculpey and many more.
Wholesale is available on the Sculpey range as well as the Fimo brand and for export on the Dukit brand. Each clay has its own merits for different applications. If you have questions as to which clay is most suited to your needs then please contact sales@zigzag.co.nz

Studio Sculpey - Studio by Sculpey currently on sale is opening the door to a new world of creating with oven-bake clay. Specially formulated to capture and build upon the best qualities of today's oven-bake clays, Studio is easy to condition by hand and extremely durable after baking. It is the only oven bake clay that will hold its shape perfectly during modeling and will not break or crack when baking large pieces. It is available in 34 rich, home decor colours and bakes to a luxurious, suede-like finish. Available in 79g (2.8oz)
Please Note: this range has been discontinued but Polyform have provided us with a mixing chart so that those of you who loved this clay can mix your own. This involves mixing Premo clay with Pluffy. We will be looking at landing Pluffy clay once our current stocks of Studio are sold out

Premo Sculpey - This clay was designed by a Polymer artist for Polymer artists. It is easy to condition and firm and flexible after baking. The metallic colours have wonderful properties allowing for some fabulous techniques. Well worth the investment if you are looking to make long lasting pieces. It comes in a wide range of "artists" colours allowing for mixing of your own colour palette. Available in 56g (2oz) or 454g (1lb). Limited colours only in the larger blocks.

Premo Frost - formerly Bleached Translucent - For wonderful clarity in your translucent work, also a great clay for transfer work. the clay has had residual colour removed from it. Only available in 454gm (1lb) bricks.

Sculpey III - Is a soft clay requiring very little conditioning and is excellent for rubberstampers and is also soft enough for children to use easily. Easy to manipulate it is also often used by animators.

Sculpey Specialty Clays - Liquid Polymer, Bake & Bend, Eraser Clay, Granitex, Mouldmaker - The innovative team at Polyform products are constantly working to create speciality clays that will extend polymer even further.

Sculpting and Modelling Clays - This range includes Super Sculpey which is recognised as one of the most popular Doll modeling and Sculpting clays available on todays market. we also have the new Super Sculpey Firm, along with brands such as Puppen Fimo, Cernit and more

Fimo Classic - Fimo has been available in New Zealand and Australia for many years. It is the most recognised of the polymer clays "downunder". It is now easier to work than before. Fimo classic is prefered by many for millifiori cane work.

Fimo Soft - Fimo soft is a range of Fimo products developed for easy conditioning and use. A range of bright colours and accent clays are available.

Fimo Soft Accent Clays - Deco Gel, Metallic accents, Tranparent clays and now new Pearls

Dukit - The New Zealand brand clay which is recognised as one of the strongest available. It is well suited for fine detailed miniatures and ornaments. Available in 50gm or 250 gm packs

Multi Packs and Kits - A great place to start if your looking for a selection of colours to begin your journey with Polymer clays. Sculpey III and Fimo have kits suitable as trial packs
