How and why I operate like I do
Zigzag has been in business for 19 years and I really started to grow after going online in 1996. During this time I found myself raising my two children alone and trying to make sure my customers were satisfied and provided with a good service as well.
I maintain an online presence both via this website and via Trade me and with the growth of online shopping I find that every day I have many emails to deal with.
The reason I don't always answer my phone or take phone orders or allow people to come to my home is quite simple. I get a lot of online orders and emails that if I stopped to answer the phone or see people during my working day I would not be able to send out the orders I already have.
For this reason I have many options in place for you. You can order via the online system and choose either credit card for a speedier transaction or you can choose the Direct Debit option if you are a New Zealander. (Coming soon for Australians as well)

I'm sorry but you cannot come to my home and see my products. We do not have a shop set up but a warehouse and as a single mother I am often away during the day attending to other matters in my life.
If you find this inconvenient, I do have very good retail stores stocking my products and they will be more than happy to get an item in for you if you wish.
I also attend a few specialist shows every year and that is always a good opportunity to see the items I stock.

Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand dollars. This price includes the standard New Zealand Goods and Service Tax. Anybody ordering from a country other than New Zealand will have this amount credited from their final order. If you wish to have an approximate amount for your own records then
multiply the final total by 3, then divide by 23 and credit that amount against your total.
i.e. NZ 100.00 x 3 = $300.00 divided by 23 = 13.05
NZ100.00 minus 13.05 = NZ86.95
GST is removed from full priced items only. Any items on sale or at a special price are sold at a NETT price and there will not be any further reduction.

Payment options
1) Credit Card - Mastercard and Visa accepted
2) Direct Banking (available to NZ residents only) - We are happy to pick, calculate freight and invoice your items. We can then email you the invoice with the final total so that you can pay for the goods directly to our bank account. The details of the account will be provided.
Returns Policy
Please select your items carefully. All items leave our premises in good order. We will not be held responsible for any damage incurred during the shipping process. Full credit will be given on merchandise authorized for return because of an error on the part of Zigzag Polymer Clay Supplies Ltd. We are governed by the consumer guarantee's act for parcels shipped within New Zealand.
Damaged Goods Policy
All items leave Zigzag Polymer Clay Supplies in good order. We will NOT be held responsbile for any damage occuring during the shipping process. You will be given an option to insure your items and if you choose not to take this option then we will not be held responsible.
Goods Not Received Policy
All items leave Zigzag Polymer Clay Supplies in good faith. We will NOT be held responsbile for any items that go missing during the shipping process. International clients will be given an option to insure your items and if you choose not to take this option then we will not be held responsible. For New Zealand clients we use ONLY a courier service. If you choose to use the postal service then we cannot track your goods safely and cannot offer any form of compensation. In the case of goods missing or non-delivery we will make every effort on behalf of those international customers who have insured their goods via the New Zealand Postal system and for New Zealand clients who use a courier service. Upon us receiving payment from the service providers concerned we will then forward payment back to you.
Shipping and Freight
As our product range is wide and varied both in size and weight, your order will be automatically processed if your freight charge is under $15.00NZ. If your freight charge is higher than this you will be emailed
to confirm your shipping method of choice.
Shipping within New Zealand
For New Zealand customers we offer a number of shipping methods.
Minimum charge for Pack and Post regardless of method used is $6.00
1) NZ Courier Post (overnight courier service)
2) Fastways Couriers (two day delivery service)
3) NZ Post, we can offer the services of NZ Post but will only supply this option WITH track and trace.
International shipping options
1) New Zealand Post Airmail
2) New Zealand Post Airmail with insurance (NZ$10.00 surcharge)
3) New Zealand Post Economy mail
4) New Zealand Post Economy mail with insurance (NZ$10.00 surcharge)
PLEASE NOTE: You will be given the option of insuring your parcel when your confirmation email is sent to you. If you choose not to insure your parcel we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred after the goods leave our premises.
International Shipping times
Target delivery times are listed in days and exclude weekends and public
holidays. Delivery times shown are for main cities. Delivery to areas outside the
main cities may take longer. Delivery times for items that are dutiable, or held in
customs may take a little longer.

South Pacific - NZ Airpost = 3 to 8 days
South Pacific - NZ Economy = 25 to 28 days
Asia - NZ Airpost = 4 to 10 days
Asia - NZ Economy = 18 to 25 days
U.S.A. - NZ Airpost = 4 to 10 days
U.S.A. - NZ Economy = 18 to 25 days
U.K. - NZ Airpost = 6 to 12 days
U.K. - NZ Economy =- 25 to 45 days
